We were looking for a high-end grill and they took the time to show the differences (pro & cons) between the grills. Went home to check the space and do more research. I checked all the online companies, the service was drop at curbside with a phone number to assist you in assembly and we would have to wait 8 weeks for the grill. Went back to Jose and asked what their price was, it was the same, but there was no shipping charge, they would have it within 1 week, they delivered it assembled and included a cover with the purchase ($85.00 additional online). When you are paying a lot of $$$ for one of these grills you want it to be right. Call them, you can ask them for my phone number if you want any additional info.
